Terms and Conditions

· NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FOR COMPETITION. Entrance into the competition is free. There will be limited availability for entry and entrants, to a total of 225 entrants, 75 per category.

· Shadow Games and Veridyan shall be referred to as “the host”, and The Army Painter, Reaper Miniatures, Creature Caster, Mini Master Werks, and Artis Opus shall be referred to as “sponsors”, Duncan Rhodes shall be referred to as “judge” throughout these documents.

· The host will not be permitted to enter the competition. No volunteers, sponsors or employees of sponsors, or judges, including family members of those listed above, will be permitted to enter the competition.

· Each entrant grants permission to the host, the sponsors, & judge(s) to use all photos & videos of entries posted, and progress update posts, for promotional purposes.

· Trademarks are property of the corresponding company and are used with permission.

· By entering the competition and clicking “Accept Submission”, entrant agrees to receive email(s) from the host, sponsors &/or judge(s) in relation to the competition.

· No entrant may hold the host, sponsors, or judge(s) liable for any decisions regarding entries, scoring, or final decision of prize winners.

· Entrants may choose any brand of model, any 3D printed model (including those printed at home), and/or any combination of models (kitbashing), for their entry.

· Each entrant will be allowed one (1) entry into one (1) category, only. Entrants will not be allowed multiple entries into a single category or multiple categories.

· Entrants agree to using competition hashtag (#SGAllTogetherPaintComp and #ShadowGames), as well as sponsor hashtags (#twothincoats , #thearmypainter , #reapermini , #creaturecaster , #minimasterwerks, #artisopusltd) and direct “@” tags (@ShadowGames , @Veridyan , @TheArmyPainter , @ReaperMiniatures , @CreatureCaster , @minimasterwerks , @artusopusltd , @DuncanJRhodes) where available, in all posts pertaining to the competition. Entrants are encouraged to post entries (after acceptance of submission), as well as progress updates, with above mentioned “tags” to all available social media outlets (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Groups [as allowed by individual group rules], YouTube, Twitch, podcasts, etc.).

· All gift code prizes will be in USD and will be awarded in the form of digital gift card codes, valid only from the related sponsor’s designated webstore. These prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
